The Future is Autistic

FAQs

If you are autistic, have ADHD, or both, and are searching for ways to build the life you want with the support of someone from within the neurodiverse community, this is the right service for you.

Therapy is seeking support to heal your past and present, while coaching is facilitating a clear path towards your desired future.

Are you recently diagnosed and struggling to unmask your autistic/ADHD traits?

Are you finding it difficult to manage stress or complete tasks?

Are you experiencing autistic meltdowns or burnout?

Do you want to improve your relationship with your executive dysfunction?

Do you want deeper or more sustainable friendships or relationships?

Are you struggling to maintain employment or find the right career for you?

That is completely understandable! My sessions are online so that you can remain in your places of familiarity and comfort, even if that means you are hidden in a pile of blankets. You are also welcome to stop or pause sessions at any time to process or stim! What you can be certain of is a friendly and kind environment where your authentic self is encouraged.
