Our mission

The Future is Autistic was founded by Eve Wiltshire as an answer to the shortage of support for autistic and ADHD people. We believe that by supporting the autistic and ADHD communities from within, we can transform lives, families and organisations for generations to come.

Neurodiversity coaching offers a space for autistic and ADHD people to unmask from the realities of existing in a neurotypical society, and facilitate their own inner wisdom to achieve their personal or professional goals. It is about working with our brains, rather than against them.

We aim to create an inclusive community built on respect, kindness and accessibility, so the support we provide is equitable for all.

Eve Wiltshire, our founder and certified neurodiversity coach, endeavours to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new coaching techniques and relevant updates in the field of psychology and neurodiversity that might make her coaching more effective, inclusive and accessible for everyone within the community.
